He was nominated best personal trainer in the UAE in 2017 and 2020 and was awarded best fitness influencer in the UAE in 2020 and also in 2022 at the FIT AWARDS
Coach Meddy lives and worked in the UAE for over 10 years. He worked with many celebrities, professional athletes, football players, artists and even ordinary people from UAE and worldwide.
As a student, Meddy, started to study sports discipline at the CREPS (Centre of Sports Resources, expertise and performance) in France, Bordeaux.
Freshly graduated, Coach Meddy started his sport career as an athlete in martial arts, where he acquires the necessary skills which helped him later in his career. The Martial arts taught him values of respect, honor, integrity, loyalty and the development of other personal attributes such as humility, maturity, a disciplined character and inner peace. These are the elements that paved his path to form a solid foundation from which he built the character of a successful person and shape its view of the world around him.
The martial arts gave him also the resilience to confront any difficult situation and believe in his dreams.
Apart from the fact that he worked with overseas football players, world champion and athletes, he contributes and participates to the development of the local football in the UAE by working with Emirati footballers such as Yaya Al Ghassany, Abdelrahim Mirza (professional players) for whom he shaped and performed field work sessions with former international football player Nicolas Anelka. This is an area that he wishes to continue developing, he wishes to organize meetings with former professional players and Emirati players in order to develop the Emirati football.
He also helped several hopeless cases of injured Emirati’s athletes and ordinary people. His expertise rehabilitates the injured athletes and ordinary people to go back on the field. It often happened that Meddy was the ultimate recourse for these persons. Meddy was recommended by several doctors such as Doctor Ouanezar, Dr. Mona Sheriff and Dr. Obaid to assist their injured patients. He works officially with Juventus Turin Football Club who is the ultimate Football Club in respect with the football physical and mental preparation. It is a great honor to him to work with this football club.
